| January was devoted to extending our wood floors....HUGE project, in which we had to be out of the house for a week of it, b/c of dust and fumes. |

| We are very happy with the end product......even though the process was not without a few harrowing experiences........ |

| ....such as, having to call the fire dept. when the garbage bags next to the house spontaneously combusted into a fire! |

| Fortunately, our neighbors saw the smoke and alerted me, while I was inside cleaning the dust off everything! |
 |
| After having gone through the Waldo Canyon Fire, this was a bit unnerving... I mean a LOT unnerving. |
