BRUSH WITH DEATH...OR, AT LEAST IT SEEMED LIKE IT!!!

Okay...so, this doesn't look dangerous in the least...and, it's not...we began today at King Soopers, picking out ingredients for the Rachael Ray steak dinner that we were planning to make together tonight. So far, so good. Next, we called our friend Toby, who works at Glen Eyrie, to see if he could get us permission to hike in Queen's Canyon (closed to the public for hiking on weekends. Oh, it's good to have connections...he called, no problem. At least, not yet. :-0
